Subscription: This is a service package offered by Stylists to their customers on (Daily, Weekly, Monthly and Yearly) regular interval. For example, When you subscribe to a Stylists Weekly Subscription package, you will always receive this service every week (e.g 4 times a week)at the comfort of your home without any extra fee as long as you renews the service Subscription every week. This helps you focus on your day-to-day without worrying about your personal care or wellness. We help you track and manage your Subscriptions.
Booking: This is a One-Time service you book with a Stylist on Shearify. You can also book multiple services at once.

Subscription: This is a service package you offer to your customers on (Daily, Weekly, Monthly and Yearly) regular interval. For example, You can offer Makeup and Nail care Weekly Subscription package (Maybe 3 times a week). You will always give this service every week (e.g 3 times a week) at the comfort of your client without any extra fee, as long as they keeps renewing the service Subscription every week. This helps you focus on giving out your best service to your clients while generating a reoccurring revenue. We help you track and manage the payments.
Booking: This is a One-Time service you offer to customers on Shearify. You can also have multiple services available for customers to book.
Can I use Shearify for Family & Friends?
There is no limit to how many members you can allow to use your own account. You can have a family bookings with a Stylists. Have a family stylist.
What happens if a Stylist did not show up for my Bookings?
We are Sorry to hear that your Stylist did not show up. You can always request for a Refund. Send us an Email here "info@shearify.com" with your payment details.
You will receive your refund within 2-5 business days, please contact the Stylist to know why they did not show up. Also their might be some bank charges on the refunds.
Why am I getting Server Error & Why is Shearify not working on my Browser?
Please check the internet connection. If the internet connection works well, and you are using the app, please delete the app and reinstall. If you are on the website, please change your browser to Chrome or Refresh your Page. If you are using VPN, please disconnect your VPN service. If the issue persists, please contact us at info@shearify.com
Why am I Unable to Book an Appointment?
Some Stylists have booking limitations or have not added any services yet. You may see that time slots are available, but a Stylist may have those pre-designated. To further inquire, please contact the Stylist directly to help schedule your appointment. Their contact details can be found on their Business Profile.
Can I leave a Review of my Experience?
Yes, you will automatically be able to leave a review after the appointment is paid. You can only leave up to One review per appointment. Please note that to be eligible for leaving a review a booking or Subscription has to be made from your Shearify account or by a Stylist as it is linked to your Shearify account data for verification purposes.
Card Payment Security & Error (Fraud and Others)?
Please Note that we do not store your card details directly on our website. All payments is made through a well Known secured payment provider(Stripe www.stripe.com). We do not have access to your credit card data.
Can I Reschedule or Cancel (Bookings & Subscriptions)?
First, you will want to verify your appointment can be rescheduled/Canceled per the Stylists cancelation policy. If your appointment can be rescheduled/Canceled, you can manage your appointments via the Bookings/Subscription tab in the mobile/web app. If you are unable to make the change in the website/app, please contact the Stylist directly. Their contact details can be found on their Business Profile. We are still working on this feature with Stylists.
How do I make a Refund Request?
If a booking was canceled within the provided time, we will issue a refund payment. If you do not receive your refund within 2-5 business days, please contact Us. Also please make sure you contact the Stylist to verify. More info reach us at info@shearify.com.
Is Shearify Account Required to Book an appointment?
No, you don't need an Account to book an appointment. But you will need an account if you want to see and manage all your previous bookings, coupons, subscriptions and disputes.
